  1. Manage and maintain contracts with vendors and clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and legal requirements.
  3. Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to protect the company's interests.
  4. Identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with contracts.
  5. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external parties in contract negotiations.

  8. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to contract management.
  9. Identify areas for improvement in contract processes and procedures and implement necessary changes.
  10. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure consistency and accuracy in contract language and terms.
  11. Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, such as non-disclosure agreements and amendments.
  12. Conduct contract trainings for internal teams as needed.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  14. Proactively monitor and track contract expiration dates to ensure timely renewal or termination.
  15. Uphold the company's values and mission while representing the organization in contract negotiations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Administration, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
