  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize commercial operations.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, making necessary adjustments to ensure objectives are met.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure performance.
  6. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates on progress and solicit feedback.
  7. Identify and address potential barriers to success, proactively finding solutions to overcome them.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into sales strategies as appropriate.
  9. Collaborate with sales teams to provide training and resources to support the execution of sales strategies.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to support business growth.
  11. Present recommendations and proposals to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for sales and commercial operations teams.

Job Qualifications
