  • Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical trials related to Boston Scientific's oncology products
  • Develop and implement clinical trial strategies and protocols in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines for conducting clinical trials
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with study investigators, site personnel, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and track trial progress, including patient recruitment, data collection, and study timelines
  • Manage trial budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely completion of studies within budgetary constraints
  • Identify potential risks and issues in clinical trials and implement appropriate mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of trials
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive trial documentation and ensure timely submission of trial data
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on trial progress and outcomes
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in oncology clinical research to inform trial design and execution.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Nursing.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Trial Management, Preferably In The Oncology Field.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Ich/Gcp Guidelines.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage Multiple Clinical Trials Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
