We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Trial Manager to join our Oncology team. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the execution of clinical trials for our cutting-edge oncology products.   1. Manage and oversee the execution of clinical trials for Boston Scientific's oncology products.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, protocols, and standard operating procedures.
  3. Provide strategic input on trial design and protocol development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient trial execution.
  5. Monitor and track trial progress, including enrollment, data collection, and data analysis.
  6. Manage trial budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial and time constraints.
  7. Act as the primary point of contact for study sites, investigators, and vendors.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal team members and external partners.
  9. Coordinate and lead study meetings, including investigator meetings and data monitoring committee meetings.
  10. Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the trial process.
  11. Develop and implement risk management strategies to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
  12. Prepare and submit trial-related documents, including regulatory submissions and study reports.
  13. Train and mentor clinical team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  14. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates related to oncology clinical research.
  15. Represent Boston Scientific at conferences and meetings related to oncology clinical research.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing Clinical Trials: A Clinical Trial Manager, Oncology At Boston Scientific Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing Clinical Trials, Preferably In The Field Of Oncology. This Experience Should Include All Phases Of Clinical Trials, From Study Start-Up To Close-Out.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Oncology Clinical Trials: The Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Oncology Clinical Trials, Including Understanding Of Study Design, Protocol Development, Regulatory Requirements, Patient Recruitment, And Data Management. This Knowledge Should Be Backed By A Relevant Degree In A Life Science Field.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Clinical Trial Manager At Boston Scientific, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Clinical Trials Simultaneously. Hence, They Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Prioritize Tasks, As Well As Manage Budgets And Timelines.

  • Leadership And Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Qualities To Effectively Lead A Team Of Clinical Research Professionals. They Should Also Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Facilitate Effective Communication With Cross-Functional Teams, Study Sites, And External Vendors.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: A Clinical Trial Manager, Oncology At Boston Scientific Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Regulatory Requirements For Conducting Clinical Trials, Including Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) And International Conference On Harmonisation (Ich) Guidelines. They Should Also Have Experience In Interacting With Regulatory Authorities, Such As The Fda And Ema.
