  1. Develop and implement clinical trial protocols in line with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  2. Manage and lead a team of clinical research associates to ensure efficient and effective execution of clinical trials.
  3. Oversee the planning, initiation, execution, and closeout of clinical trials, including budget and timeline management.
  4. Monitor and track study progress, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and data management, to ensure smooth and timely execution of trials.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with study sites, investigators, and vendors to ensure successful completion of trials.
  7. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by overseeing data collection, review, and cleaning processes.
  8. Review and analyze study data to identify trends, issues, and potential risks, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
  9. Prepare and present study progress reports and updates to senior management.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in clinical trial management and apply them to improve study processes and outcomes.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
  12. Train and mentor junior clinical trial management staff.
  13. Participate in the development and review of clinical trial-related documents, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and study protocols.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
  15. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
  16. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other industry events as needed.
  17. Uphold the company's mission and values, and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Life Sciences, Nursing, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Managing Clinical Trials, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills.
