  1. Oversee the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials to ensure successful outcomes.
  2. Develop and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Manage and coordinate all aspects of clinical trial activities, including study site selection, budgeting, and timelines.
  4. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including medical personnel, regulatory affairs, and data management, to ensure efficient and timely progress of clinical trials.
  5. Monitor and track study progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines, including FDA, ICH, and GCP.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with study sites, investigators, and vendors to ensure successful recruitment and enrollment of study participants.
  8. Conduct regular site visits and trainings to ensure adherence to protocol and regulations.
  9. Manage study budgets and track expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  10. Prepare and present study progress reports to management and other stakeholders.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality in clinical trial operations.
  12. Stay current on industry developments and trends, and apply best practices to clinical trial management.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all trial-related activities.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to ethics and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Life Sciences, Healthcare, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Managing Clinical Trials In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including Experience With Budget And Timeline Management

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
