
Clinical Trial Manager

- Plan and oversee all aspects of clinical trials, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Develop and implement study protocols, informed consent forms, and other necessary documents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g. FDA, ICH, GCP).
- Monitor and manage study progress, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians, scientists, and regulatory affairs personnel.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the trial.
- Communicate regularly with study sites and investigators to ensure proper recruitment and enrollment.
- Manage relationships with contract research organizations (CROs) and other external vendors.
- Train and mentor junior clinical research staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Conduct periodic review and analysis of trial data to ensure quality and integrity.
- Participate in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and reports.
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in clinical research.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other events related to clinical trials.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and professional standards.
- Assist with other projects and tasks as needed to support the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Or Clinical Research.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Trial Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Ich Guidelines, And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Standards.
Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Manage Project Timelines, Budgets, And Resources.
Previous Experience In Developing And Managing Relationships With External Vendors, Cros, And Clinical Site Personnel.
