  1. Develop and manage the overall strategy and execution plan for clinical trials of medical devices.
  2. Lead and manage a team of clinical research professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of trials.
  3. Design and implement trial protocols, in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  4. Oversee the selection and management of clinical trial sites and investigators.
  5. Monitor and track trial progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  6. Prepare and submit trial documentation, including protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, marketing, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and achievement of trial goals.
  8. Manage trial budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the trial process.
  10. Communicate trial progress and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of clinical trials.
  12. Act as the primary point of contact for trial-related inquiries and issues.
  13. Stay current with industry trends and developments in clinical research and medical device regulations.
  14. Represent the company in interactions with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders.
  15. Uphold the company's mission and values in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Clinical Research, Life Sciences, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Managing Clinical Trials In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Ich Guidelines For Clinical Research.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience With Electronic Data Capture Systems And Other Clinical Trial Software, Such As Edc, Ctms, And Etmf.
