  1. Conduct clinical trial activities: The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for conducting various activities related to clinical trials, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout.
  2. Collect and review data: The candidate will collect and review clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  3. Maintain study documentation: The CRA will be responsible for maintaining all study documentation, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and study protocols.
  4. Monitor study progress: The candidate will monitor the progress of clinical trials and identify any issues or deviations from the study protocol, ensuring timely resolution.
  5. Communicate with study sites: The CRA will be the primary point of contact between the study sites and the company, providing support and guidance as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance: The candidate will ensure that all clinical trial activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The CRA will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and biostatistics, to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
  8. Train study site personnel: The candidate will provide training and support to study site personnel on study protocols, data collection, and study procedures.
  9. Prepare study reports: The CRA will assist in the preparation of study reports, including interim and final reports, for submission to regulatory authorities.
  10. Stay current with industry trends: The candidate will stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and guidelines related to clinical research to ensure best practices are followed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Healthcare Administration

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team

  • Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis, As Well As Experience With Electronic Data Capture Systems And Clinical Trial Databases
