  1. Oversee all aspects of clinical quality assurance for Boston Scientific, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to maintain and improve the quality of clinical operations.
  3. Lead a team of quality assurance professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections of clinical sites, processes, and documentation to identify any potential areas of non-compliance or improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain and improve quality standards.
  6. Monitor and analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards related to quality assurance and ensure that Boston Scientific remains in compliance.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance practices and procedures to ensure all employees are aware of their responsibilities.
  9. Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or complaints.
  10. Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and participate in audits and inspections as needed.
  11. Communicate quality-related updates and changes to relevant departments and stakeholders.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure they remain effective and efficient.
  13. Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.
  14. Represent Boston Scientific in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Compliance Standards For Medical Devices.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Manage A Team.

  • Experience With Clinical Trial Management And Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.
