- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Boston Scientific medical devices
- Develop training materials and resources to support the education of healthcare professionals
- Utilize strong knowledge and expertise in the medical field to effectively train and educate others
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training materials and programs are up-to-date and aligned with company standards
- Monitor and track training progress and provide feedback to participants and management
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for healthcare professionals, addressing any questions or concerns related to Boston Scientific devices
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to continuously enhance training programs
- Travel to various locations to conduct on-site training and education sessions for healthcare professionals
- Assist in the development and implementation of new product launches by providing training and support to healthcare professionals
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify needs and opportunities for training and education initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Medical Technology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Clinical Education, Preferably In The Cardiovascular Or Interventional Radiology Space.
Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy And Physiology, As Well As Clinical Procedures And Best Practices.
Proven Ability To Deliver Effective Training And Education Programs To A Diverse Audience, Including Healthcare Professionals And Sales Representatives.
