
Clinical Data Management Specialist

- Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical trial data, including collection, entry, cleaning, and analysis.
- Create and maintain data management plans in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency throughout the clinical trial process.
- Perform regular reviews and quality checks of data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Develop and implement data validation procedures to ensure accurate and complete data collection.
- Utilize electronic data capture systems to manage and monitor data throughout the trial.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical research associates and data managers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant protocols, regulatory guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and recommend improvements to data management processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in study team meetings and provide updates on data management activities.
- Train and mentor junior data management staff to ensure consistent and high-quality work.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinical data management to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new data management technologies and tools.
- Maintain an organized and detailed approach to data management, ensuring data is easily accessible and audit-ready.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols for all clinical data.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Life Sciences, Statistics, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Company.
Proficiency In Data Management Software Such As Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, Or Inform.
Strong Understanding Of Good Clinical Practices (Gcp), International Conference On Harmonisation (Ich) Guidelines, And Regulatory Requirements For Clinical Trials.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
