  1. Develop and implement intelligent automation solutions across the global organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for automation.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  4. Create detailed business requirements and functional specifications for automation projects.
  5. Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of automation solutions.
  6. Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and efficient automation.
  7. Monitor and analyze data to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of automation solutions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and advancements in automation technology.
  9. Provide training and support to end-users on new automation solutions.
  10. Proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks in the development and implementation of automation solutions.
  11. Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve and optimize automation processes.
  12. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and best practices.
  14. Mentor and guide junior team members to promote growth and development within the CoE.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively in all interactions with clients and partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Or Automation Technologies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Intelligent Automation Technologies Such As Rpa, Ai, And Machine Learning.

  • Experience Working In A Highly Regulated Industry, Such As Healthcare Or Medical Devices.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
