  1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
  2. Drive sales of endoscopy products by effectively promoting their features and benefits to potential customers.
  3. Identify and target key accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to proactively adjust sales strategies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development to ensure successful product launches.
  6. Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and progress.
  7. Attend conferences and events to network and promote products.
  8. Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals.
  9. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of Boston Scientific’s products, services, and competitive landscape.
  12. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and potential customers.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Boston Scientific and represent the company in a professional manner.
  14. Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with industry regulations.
  16. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies.
  17. Keep accurate and organized records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  18. Travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with customers and attend events.
  19. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and promote the company’s mission of providing innovative medical solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build Relationships With Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Endoscopy Procedures And Equipment Is Preferred.
