  1. Develop and implement global compliance strategies and policies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage risk assessment processes to identify potential compliance issues and develop mitigation plans.
  3. Monitor and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support for compliance matters.
  5. Conduct trainings and workshops to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  6. Review and approve contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Conduct internal investigations and respond to audits and inquiries related to compliance.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory agencies.
  9. Oversee the implementation of remediation plans to address compliance issues and gaps.
  10. Analyze and report on compliance data and trends to senior management.
  11. Stay updated on emerging compliance risks and provide recommendations for mitigating them.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals to ensure high-quality work and continuous development.
  13. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to compliance matters.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program.
  15. Build and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and operations to effectively advise on compliance matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Corporate Compliance Or Legal Roles, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Compliance Regulations And Laws, Including But Not Limited To The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (Fcpa), Uk Bribery Act, And Anti-Corruption Laws.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk Assessment And Remediation Programs, With A Focus On Identifying And Mitigating Potential Compliance Risks.

  • Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Various Departments, Including Legal, Finance, And Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Compliance And Legal Issues To All Levels Of The Organization.
