  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to the medical technology industry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure a culture of compliance throughout the Peripheral Interventions division.
  3. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to address them.
  4. Provide legal guidance and support to business teams on compliance matters related to sales, marketing, and other business activities.
  5. Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the company's policies and procedures.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements to ensure the company's compliance practices remain up-to-date.
  7. Investigate and respond to compliance-related incidents and reports, including conducting internal investigations and implementing corrective actions.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance activities and document any potential violations or breaches.
  9. Represent the company in interactions with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
  10. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the company's compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all compliance-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization.
  12. Communicate and report regularly to senior leadership on compliance matters, including potential risks and areas for improvement.
  13. Ensure all compliance-related documents, policies, and procedures are regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated to employees.
  14. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all compliance-related activities.
  15. Act as a role model for ethical conduct and promote a culture of integrity throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Compliance Role Within The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidance Related To Medical Devices, Including But Not Limited To The Medical Device Reporting (Mdr) And Quality System Regulation (Qsr)

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs, Policies, And Procedures

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
