  1. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and policies across all departments and business units to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  3. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations related to the medical technology industry and integrate them into the company's compliance framework.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support on compliance matters, including training and education initiatives.
  5. Lead and conduct investigations into potential compliance violations, and make recommendations for appropriate disciplinary or corrective actions.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters, providing guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders to ensure the company's compliance efforts are aligned with industry best practices.
  8. Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies, as needed.
  9. Monitor and report on key compliance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  10. Manage and oversee compliance-related contracts, including vendor agreements and third-party partnerships.
  11. Act as a point of contact for any compliance-related inquiries or concerns from internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Help foster a culture of ethics and integrity by promoting and enforcing the company's code of conduct and ethical standards.
  13. Collaborate with the legal team to review and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  14. Assist with any other legal matters as needed, including contract review and negotiation.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the company's compliance program to meet changing business needs and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Active Membership In Good Standing With A State Bar Association

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Compliance And/Or Corporate Legal Counsel Roles

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Including The Anti-Kickback Statute And False Claims Act

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs And Policies Within A Highly Regulated Industry.
