  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of quality manufacturing processes for the company, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  2. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and efficacy of medical devices produced.
  3. Lead a team of manufacturing quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and operations, to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product development and manufacturing process.
  5. Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor and assess the effectiveness of quality systems and processes.
  6. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  7. Stay current with industry regulations and trends, and proactively identify and address potential compliance issues.
  8. Drive the implementation of new technologies, processes, and systems to optimize manufacturing quality and efficiency.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met in the supply chain.
  10. Act as a key point of contact for quality-related inquiries and issues from internal and external stakeholders, including customers and regulatory agencies.
  11. Communicate and report on quality metrics and performance to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans.
  12. Represent the company in external quality-related forums and conferences, staying informed of best practices and industry advancements.
  13. Uphold and promote the company's values and culture of integrity, teamwork, and dedication to improving patients' lives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Chemistry, Or Biology.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Quality Manufacturing Role In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Systems And Regulations Such As Iso 13485, Fda Guidelines, And Eu Mdr.

  • Proven Leadership Skills With Experience Managing A Team And Driving Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present To Senior Management.
