
Field Marketing Manager
Meets and exceeds all regional sales, traffic, and profit goals. Via smart and innovative marketing, makes Boston Market the cornerstone of each community and trade area that we serve. Flawlessly communicates with restaurants in a timely manner at all times. Plans and executes local marketing promotions in assigned region. Frequently visits the restaurants in the field. Consistently looks for opportunistic media opportunities (DOT signage, OOH, partnerships). Leads regional marketing rollout meetings. Point person on the ground for all regional tests. As a partner to operations, works closely and aligns with operations RVP to manage goals, solve sales challenges, and creates local partnerships. Manages all POP execution; coaches and mentors restaurant teams on proper installation of POP and ensures all POP kits are installed on time. Manages the regional field marketing calendar and communicates with restaurants as appropriate.
Minimum of 2-4 years of field marketing experience or agency experience supporting field marketing
Ability to be flexible while maintaining strong project management skills and organization.
