Job Description

At Bosch, we are committed to sustainability and are looking for a Sustainability Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and managing our sustainability initiatives and strategies. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of sustainability, both from a practical and theoretical perspective. They must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have a passion for sustainability and be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues across the organization.We are looking for someone who is driven and motivated to lead our initiatives to create a more sustainable world. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage sustainability initiatives and strategies to ensure Bosch is meeting its sustainability goals.
  2. Monitor and analyze sustainability trends and changes in the external environment to identify opportunities and develop strategies for long-term sustainability.
  3. Lead sustainability projects, including research, analysis, and project management.
  4. Develop and implement communication plans for sustainability initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure sustainability initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  6. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials related to sustainability initiatives.
  7. Monitor sustainability performance and provide feedback to senior management.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest sustainability trends, technologies, and regulations.
  9. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure responsible environmental practices.
  10. Develop and manage sustainability budgets.

Compensation
