Supply Chain Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Bosch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving, a strong analytical mindset, and a drive to constantly improve current processes and systems. To successfully fulfill this role, the Supply Chain Analyst must bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain forecasting, logistics, and inventory optimization. Along with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or other related fields, the ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative and analytical skills, great communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze supply chain data, including forecasting, logistics, and inventory optimization, to identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions.
2. Develop and maintain supply chain policies and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
3. Monitor and review supply chain performance to identify areas of improvement.
4. Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products and minimize out-of-stock situations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless supply chain process.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to optimize cost and delivery times.
7. Monitor supply chain trends and identify potential risks and opportunities.
8. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
9. Identify and implement process and system improvements.
10. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
