Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the procurement and inventory of goods and services for the organization
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
3. Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure the best quality and cost savings
4. Analyze industry trends and best practices and implement appropriate changes to the procurement process
5. Manage vendor relationships and handle any issues that may arise
6. Monitor the procurement process to ensure it is in compliance with all legal requirements
7. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all procurement tasks
8. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to procurement
9. Prepare reports and analyze data to track performance and identify process improvements
10. Manage the inventory of goods and provide regular updates on stock levels
