Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist at Bosch. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, developing and managing campaigns, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of professional experience in marketing or a related field. You should also possess strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, and a proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, and be able to effectively identify target audiences and develop campaigns to reach them. Responsibilities:

  1. Execute marketing initiatives and develop and manage campaigns to drive results.
  2. Analyze data and use insights to inform and optimize campaigns.
  3. Identify target audiences and create strategies to reach them.
  4. Utilize a variety of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  7. Monitor and report on campaign performance.
  8. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities.
  9. Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and ROI.
  10. Manage budget for assigned campaigns.
