2. Work collaboratively with other technicians and engineers to drive production excellence.
3. Troubleshoot and solve problems that arise in the manufacturing process.
4. Ensure all products meet quality standards.
5. Maintain accurate records of production data.
6. Keep up with changing production technologies and processes.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Assist in training new personnel as needed.
9. Operate and maintain production equipment.
10. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
