Job Description

At Bosch, we are looking for a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our team and help in creating and managing legal documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of business law and be an effective communicator, able to advise and negotiate with clients, partners, and colleagues. We want someone who is passionate about their work and takes initiative to ensure legal objectives are met.The successful candidate will have a law degree and at least five years of experience practicing law, preferably in the legal field associated with business. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong understanding of legal principles and court procedures, and the ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ability to think analytically, make sound decisions, and work independently are essential. Most importantly, the Legal Counsel must be committed to excellence and demonstrate a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage legal documents in compliance with business law.
  2. Provide legal advice and negotiate with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  3. Stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Think analytically and make sound decisions.
  5. Work independently and stay current with changes in business law.
  6. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and commitment to excellence.
  7. Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings.
  8. Prepare legal documents and briefs for court proceedings.
  9. Analyze legal cases and present findings in written and oral form.
  10. Monitor legal developments and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
