Legal Counsel

You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of complex legal contracts. Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and assistance on a wide range of legal matters.
2. Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of complex legal contracts.
3. Work with other departments to address legal matters.
4. Analyze legal documents and provide input and advice on potential risks.
5. Research legal issues and develop strategies to mitigate risk.
6. Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations.
7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
8. Advise senior management on legal matters.
9. Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
10. Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, memoranda, pleadings, and briefs.
