Legal Counsel

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team at Bosch. As part of our Legal team, you will be providing legal advice and guidance to the business, with the ability to identify and assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and guidance to the business on relevant laws and regulations.
2. Identify and assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
3. Research legal issues and prepare legal opinions on specific matters.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
5. Monitor changes in applicable legislation and advise the business on implications.
6. Represent the company in court proceedings, as needed.
7. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry developments and trends.
8. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
9. Manage external legal relationships, such as with external law firms.
10. Act as an advisor to management on legal matters.
