Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join the Bosch family and provide outstanding technical expertise to our customers. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for delivering reliable, efficient, and professional support to our users.The ideal candidate for this role should have an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field, as well as several years of experience providing IT support in a professional environment. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: -Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Bosch customers -Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and their applications -Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software -Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure smooth operations -Create training materials and provide training to users -Document customer interactions and resolutions -Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures -Manage user accounts and access control -Monitor system performance and security -Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
