Job Description

At Bosch, we are looking for a talented and creative Industrial Designer to join our team and help us take our product designs to the next level. We are looking for someone with a passion for design and innovation who can bring their own unique style and perspective to our work. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in industrial design, strong knowledge of design software, and exceptional communication and organizational skills. Additionally, they should be driven, have a positive attitude, and be motivated to take on new challenges. Responsibilities:

  1. Design industrial products that meet the needs of our customers and align with our brand.
  2. Utilize design software to create drawings and 3D models of products.
  3. Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to ensure that designs are achievable and meet customer requirements.
  4. Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and materials in industrial design.
  5. Facilitate cross-functional brainstorming sessions to come up with new ideas and concepts.
  6. Create detailed product specifications and drawings.
  7. Present design ideas and concepts to senior management.
  8. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy throughout the design process.
  9. Work with project managers to ensure that deadlines are met.
  10. Ensure that all design work is compliant with applicable safety and environmental regulations.
