The Human Resources Business Partner is a highly organized individual and has the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters. They will work closely with management to develop and implement strategic HR goals and objectives while also leading the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures. In addition, they will supervise and mentor Human Resources team members while ensuring that personnel policies and procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations.The role requires a confident, resourceful individual with a passion for the Human Resources field. The right candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service and a positive attitude to drive change and continuous improvement. They will give attention to detail and have the ability to think critically and work autonomously. Responsibilities for this position include:
- Providing advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters.
