Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Advise and support managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution.
3. Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure effective implementation of new processes and systems.
4. Develop and implement strategies to promote employee engagement and develop a strong company culture.
5. Coach managers on effective management techniques and strategies for developing their teams.
6. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, making recommendations for improvement where appropriate.
7. Analyze data and trends to assess HR needs and develop solutions.
8. Develop strategies to attract and retain talented employees.
9. Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
10. Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with company objectives.
