Job Description

Bosch is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is able to think analytically and strategically, and who can also bring strong interpersonal and communication skills to the role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the organization, creating and managing financial models, and providing strategic guidance on decisions involving financial planning and budgeting.To be successful in this role, we require a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial analysis principles and processes, along with excellent problem solving skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: •Provide financial analysis and support to the organization, including creating and managing financial models •Provide strategic guidance on decisions involving financial planning and budgeting •Develop and maintain financial models and reports •Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and potential areas for improvement •Prepare reports and presentations for executive review •Develop and review financial plans and budgets •Analyze business performance and trends •Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records •Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting •Assist with audits and compliance of financial systems •Identify and recommend cost savings initiatives •Manage special projects as needed
