Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.

  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies.
  7. Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other technicians.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  9. Work independently with minimal supervision.
  10. Ensure that all service calls are completed and recorded accurately.
