Field Application Engineer

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join Bosch as a Field Application Engineer. This role requires an individual who can effectively bridge the gap between engineering and sales by providing technical expertise to customers and internal Bosch teams. The ideal candidate should have strong engineering expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to think strategically and work autonomously. To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering role- Expertise in software engineering, process engineering, or systems engineering- Experience with product and solution design, development, and implementation- Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both customers and internal teams- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

3. Design, develop, and implement products and solutions.
4. Assist in the technical integration of Bosch solutions with customer systems.
5. Research and develop strategies for successful product and solution integration.
6. Utilize excellent interpersonal communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
7. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and other departments to ensure successful product and solution implementation.
8. Identify and troubleshoot engineering and software issues.
9. Stay up-to-date with technological developments in the field.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
