Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and customer service to clients regarding Bosch products.
  2. Troubleshoot and debug software and hardware issues.
  3. Create prototypes and test them for functionality.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends and developments.
  5. Assist in the development of customer-centric solutions and strategies.
  6. Meet customer deadlines and provide exceptional customer service.
  7. Work both independently and collaboratively to complete tasks efficiently.
  8. Prioritize tasks and remain organized while managing multiple projects.
  9. Document customer feedback and present it to engineering teams.
  10. Develop strong relationships with customers and remain a knowledgeable resource.
