Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team at Bosch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for safety and environmental protection and be willing to take on a leadership role in driving our safety initiatives. The Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all environmental health and safety regulations and policies, managing and investigating incidents, and providing safety training. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
  2. Monitor workplace conditions to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  3. Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and near misses.
  4. Create and deliver safety training programs to employees.
  5. Provide advice and guidance on safety-related matters.
  6. Maintain records of safety inspections, tests, and training.
  7. Monitor the use of personal protective equipment and hazardous materials.
  8. Prepare safety-related reports and presentations.
  9. Participate in safety committees and meetings.
  10. Address any safety concerns raised by employees.
