Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to join the Bosch team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of the company's health and safety programs. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage health and safety programs in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Monitor and evaluate safety performance and compliance in the workplace.
3. Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify and correct potential hazards.
4. Develop and deliver safety training programs to ensure employees are informed of safety regulations and procedures.
5. Investigate and report on workplace incidents and accidents.
6. Develop and maintain safety records and documentation.
7. Recommend changes in safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure safety protocols are followed.
9. Maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment.
10. Monitor chemical inventories and hazardous waste disposal.
