Job Description

Nelnet is looking for an experienced and reliable Customer Service Representative to help us provide the best possible service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a problem solver, and an excellent communicator. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries. • Follow established processes and procedures for customer service. • Utilize customer service software and CRM systems to manage customer accounts. • Update customer records in the customer service software system as needed. • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services. • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate follow-up. • Monitor customer satisfaction levels. • Track customer service metrics and performance indicators. • Participate in team meetings and other events. • Maintain knowledge of company products and services. • Follow up on customer interactions.
