
Customer Service Representative
At Nelnet, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will provide excellent customer service to all of our customers. We are seeking someone who is motivated, organized, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and possess a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our customers. Responsibilities:

- Engage in proactive outreach to customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Remain up-to-date on changes in policies, procedures, and products.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives and strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the training and development of customer service staff.
