
Marketing Analyst
Support the strategy for wireless offers/rate plans and promotions by completing analysis and synthesizing results related to potential offers. Analyze customer account and usage data to track the performance of ongoing promotions and advise on potential enhancements to promotional/advertising/messaging campaigns and risks/mitigation strategies to improve alignment with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. Complete post-mortem evaluations of promotion success and business cases, and recommend strategic changes for future promotions to improve achievement of KPI goals. Prepare executive level presentations and summaries of promotion forecasts, ongoing performance compared to KPI targets, and post-mortem evaluations. Work cross-functionally to understand analytics and reporting needs. Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting dashboards and solutions. Provide further insight into DISH’s overall strategy by identifying critical questions performing ad-hoc analyses.
3-5 years of relevant strategy and analytics experience in a corporate setting preferred
Experience handling large and complex data sets and be comfortable with data analysis and visualization
