Merchandiser

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Bonobos. As a Merchandiser, you’ll be responsible for driving the financial performance of our product categories by delivering the right product mix, pricing, assortments, and inventory levels to maximize sales, margin, and profitability. The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Our Merchandiser should also have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, an understanding of the customer’s point-of-view, and an ability to develop and manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or a related field• Proven experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting• Understanding of retail analytics and financial concepts• Exceptional organizational and communication skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail technology systems• Ability to think strategically and recognize market trends• Experience with product assortment and pricing strategies
