Client Executive - Employee Benefits

Provide technical support for the Employee Benefits Senior Account Executive in processing all lines of employee benefits insurance in accordance with the objectives and procedures outlined by the Employee Benefits Department. Service and help the team maintain a high retention of the existing book (95% or better). Process renewals and new business, cancellations and policy amendments/changes. Provide and maintain service to clients, including claims assistance. Responsible for marketing and completing proposals in a timely manner. Maintain and be responsible for Expiration Log/Renewal List. Negotiate renewal policies. Help Senior Account Executive with account rounding, and new client onboarding. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers and vendors.
