Safety Coordinator

Works with EH&S Department and Ag Ops leadership to develop annual safety objectives for agricultural operations. Assist with setting and monitoring goals and objectives and report on their implementation and effectiveness. Assist with monitoring EH&S risks of field and Ag Operations. Facilitate new employee orientation and safety training for Ag Ops employees. Coordinate and lead Key Concept of Safety on-site reviews, inspections and audits. Act as a primary responder to agency interventions and inspections when appropriate. Facilitate and attend monthly supervisor’s safety meetings, develop and delivers safety training. Coordinate, maintain and update Ag Ops safety manuals, booklets and conduct PPE assessments. Train, coordinate and evaluate through behavior based observations and track and trend resulting data.
