Job Description

The APEX Beverage Equipment Operator will assist in all areas of the Beverage Plant. Monitor material flow and instruments to include temperature and pressure gauges, indicators, and meters. Set or adjust machine controls to regulate conditions such as material flow, temperature and pressure. Measure or weigh materials to be refined, mixed, transferred, stored, or otherwise processed. Unload and prepare ingredients for daily processing. Complete changeovers, CIP’s, clean and sanitize tools/equipment as directed

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years’ experience as an Equipment Operator in a similar production environment preferred

  • Forklift certification preferred

  • Must be able to work in a freezer and cold and wet conditions
