  1. Oversee and manage the intercompany reconciliation function across all global operations of BNP Paribas.
  2. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for intercompany reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
  3. Coordinate with various departments within the organization to collect and reconcile intercompany transactions.
  4. Supervise a team of financial professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  5. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies in intercompany accounts.
  6. Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for decision making.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in intercompany reconciliation.
  8. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to intercompany reconciliation.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates and resolve any issues.
  11. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve intercompany reconciliation processes and drive business growth.
  12. Maintain strong relationships with other departments and teams to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of intercompany transactions.
  13. Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.
  14. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Intercompany Reconciliation, Preferably Within A Financial Institution.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Derivatives, Securities, And Foreign Exchange.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Project Management Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team.
