This is a senior role and requires a deep understanding of counterparty and credit risk management, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or risk management; a minimum of 8 years of experience in counterparty and credit risk management; a track record of success in developing and executing counterparty and credit risk strategies; and excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement risk management strategies for counterparty and credit risk across BNP Paribas’ global operations • Monitor and analyze risk exposure and performance • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance and identify areas of risk • Provide recommendations for risk management improvement • Maintain and update risk models and tools • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior executives • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes • Work with other departments to ensure proper risk management processes are in place
