In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our ServiceNow (SNOW) platform, serving as the subject matter expert for all SNOW related issues and providing technical support to our global user base.   1. Manage and maintain the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform for BNP Paribas, ensuring its smooth functioning and availability at all times.
  2. Serve as the subject matter expert for all SNOW related issues, providing guidance, support and training to team members and users.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SNOW platform, working closely with other IT teams and vendors as needed.
  4. Continuously monitor and improve the SNOW platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the organization.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements on the SNOW platform.
  6. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices while managing SNOW incidents, requests and changes.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation, user guides and training materials for the SNOW platform.
  8. Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of the SNOW platform to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.
  9. Keep up-to-date with the latest SNOW features, updates and industry best practices, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  10. Act as a liaison between BNP Paribas and SNOW vendors, managing vendor relationships and contracts.
  11. Provide regular status updates and reports on the performance and usage of the SNOW platform to management.
  12. Train and mentor junior support analysts on SNOW administration and best practices.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and data privacy protocols.
  14. Maintain a proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills, ensuring timely resolution of any issues or escalations.
  15. Participate in team meetings, discussions and trainings to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Servicenow (Snow) Administration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Configuring And Customizing Snow Modules, Including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, And Service Catalog.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Itil Practices: The Senior Support Analyst Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Itil Principles And Processes, And Be Able To Apply Them In The Context Of Snow Administration.

  • Proven Track Record In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving: The Role Requires The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Snow, As Well As Provide Technical Support To End-Users.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Support Team, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Project Management Experience: The Senior Support Analyst Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Snow-Related Projects, Therefore, Experience In Project Management Methodologies And Tools Is Essential.
