BNP Paribas is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to join our ITG RE team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Citrix environment. In this role, you will use your technical skills and experience to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.   1. Provide technical support for Citrix environment, ensuring its smooth operation at all times.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Citrix and production engineering.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
  4. Continuously improve and optimize the Citrix environment, identifying and implementing efficiency and effectiveness initiatives.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on Citrix and production engineering, providing guidance and support to team members.
  6. Monitor and maintain the performance and security of the Citrix environment.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Citrix technology, making recommendations for updates and improvements.
  8. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of technical issues.
  9. Document processes and procedures related to Citrix environment for future reference and training purposes.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In It Support: A Senior Support Analyst At Bnp Paribas Must Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Support, With A Strong Understanding Of Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Techniques.

  • Expertise In Itg Re And Production Engineering: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Itg Re (Information Technology Group Real Estate) And Production Engineering Processes, Systems, And Tools, With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Solutions.

  • Proficiency In Citrix: Bnp Paribas Relies Heavily On Citrix Technology For Its It Infrastructure, Therefore, A Senior Support Analyst Must Possess Expert-Level Knowledge Of Citrix, Including Installation, Configuration, And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Support Analyst Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including It Teams, Business Units, And External Vendors.

  • Project Management Experience: Bnp Paribas Requires Its Senior Support Analyst To Have Experience In Project Management, With The Ability To Lead And Deliver Complex It Projects Within Tight Deadlines And Budget Constraints.
