- Conduct timely and accurate valuations of OTC derivatives products.
- Utilize expertise in financial products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze and resolve complex valuation issues.
- Monitor market trends and changes in valuation methodology to ensure accurate pricing.
- Communicate valuation results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain valuation models and tools.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
- Work closely with other departments, such as risk management and trading, to ensure accurate and consistent valuations.
- Follow established procedures and controls to maintain data integrity and mitigate risk.
- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss valuation methodologies and results.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in OTC valuation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any valuation discrepancies or issues.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Otc Valuation, Preferably Within A Financial Institution.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products, Including Derivatives, Structured Products, And Fixed Income Securities.
Experience With Valuation Methodologies And Pricing Models, Such As Black-Scholes, Monte Carlo Simulations, And Ois Discounting.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Identify Potential Risks.
