- Maintain and support the existing Sailpoint IAM systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sailpoint IAM systems.
- Implement necessary updates and improvements to the Sailpoint systems to enhance security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities in the IAM systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Sailpoint IAM systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in IAM and Sailpoint technology.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on Sailpoint related matters.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address any issues.
- Participate in the planning and execution of Sailpoint system upgrades and migrations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the Sailpoint systems to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline IAM operations.
- Train and mentor junior team members on Sailpoint and IAM best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and maintenance.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sailpoint Identityiq Implementation And Support
Strong Understanding Of Iam Concepts And Experience With Identity And Access Management Tools
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Technical Issues
Familiarity With Bnp Paribas' Business Processes And Security Policies, With The Ability To Align Sailpoint Solutions With Company Objectives.
